Both Churches, Holymoorside and St Andrew's, are striving to become Dementia Friendly Churches, where those living with Dementia and their Carers are welcome and find the Church catering for their needs.

Feasts and Festivals: Big Church Day Out

Youth and Children Big Church Day Out

 Tickets are still available for the United Reformed Church’s Big Day Out, part of the URC’s year of Feast and Festivals.

This is an event for all ages run by the Youth and Children’s organisation, Pilots. The event takes place at Warwick Castle on Saturday 20th May 2017 and involves fellowship, worship and reflection.

It also includes a programme of speakers, headlined by the Revd John Proctor, the URC’s General Secretary.

Invitation to sign up for the URC Daily Devotions for Advent

Daily Devotions for Advent

Daily Devotions from the United Reformed Church will be sent out by email every day from the First Sunday of Advent.  A team of writers from different places and perspectives in the URC are reflecting on a reading and offering a short prayer each day for us to use in our own journeys of discipleship.

Holymoorside Recreation Ground

On Christmas Eve the Band will be playing for us as usual in the Recreation Ground at 7.00pm for our Village Carol Service.

Whatever the weather the Carol Service will be held outside so please dress accordingly and bring your torch to read the hymn sheets.
